Dear Lorraine,Tom and Jordan,
Thanks so much for a wonderful day yesterday.It was really good for Jo,although we are both suffering today.We came straight home and filleted the fish. I filleted,Jo skinned and deboned and washed ,dried and bagged. I prepared the 2 ,8lb snappers and the trevally for smoking today. I am buggered.Just finished the smoking and bagging but it is all worthwhile.Thankyou Jordan for taking our fish up to the car.I don't know how we would manage otherwise.

Hi Tom, My name is Karson, I am a brother of Jeff. I would like to thank you and your crew on the Joint Venture (Jordan, Matt) for the wonderful service and time we had on Sunday 11 th May. The 2 young fellas were a pleasure to be with, you should be proud of the professionalism they displayed. Our young fellas were so stoked of their day especially my nephew Joseph, they were so happy to catch their quota, a first for a young fellas. It was also a pleasure to meet you on the wharf on our return and we are definitely looking forward to more good times on the Joint Venture. Thank again Tom, take care.

Just a quick message to sat "Thank you" for another good fishing trip last weekend. Everyone was very happy with what they caught. A couple of the people reckon it was the best trip yet and the newbies on this trip reckon it was one of the best organised trip that they have ever been on. I smoked about 5 kahawai on Sunday and even took one into work - they were all very impressed. Several of the troops asked me to book another trip but I've told them "No" until we can be sure of at least 10 confirmed starters. It may be three or four months but we will be booking again.

Hi Tom, I would like to say thank you for yesterday. We all have had a field day, everybody went home happy with their catch, beautiful day and of course the two lads that took us out (skipper and co) they were both helpful and friendly a bouns to have. Everybody couldn't stop talking about it, my young son (6 years) caught seven good size snappers and it was only his second time out...everything just works out well for everyone.
